教师的行动研究是促进教师专业成长的有效途径。通过对西北地区某农村小学教师的行动研究,表明了教师做行动研究的重要条件是专业引领、校长支持和同伴互助,三者缺一不可。当前教师所开展的行动研究存在着研究方法不规范、研究还较多地停留在技术层面以及研究成果扩散渠道不通畅等局限。研究者与教师合作开展行动研究应符合教师实际,注意过程的监控与反思。
Teachers ’action research is an effective way to promote teachers’ professional growth. Through the research on the action of a primary school teacher in a rural area in Northwest China, it shows that the important conditions for the teachers to do the action research are the professional guidance, the principal support and the peer assistance, all of which are indispensable. At present, there are some limitations of research methods such as the non-standard research method, the more research on the technical level and the non-smooth research channel. Researchers and teachers to carry out action research should be consistent with the actual teachers, pay attention to process monitoring and reflection.
