目的探讨基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)与食管癌转移之间的关系。方法采用酶联免疫吸附实验(ELISA)检测MMP-9的含量。结果MMP-9在淋巴结转移的食管癌患者血清中的含量为(812.34±92.67)μg/ml,在无淋巴转移的食管癌患者血清中的含量为(734.53±75.36)μg/ml,正常对照组为(418.53±77.31)μg/ml。MMP-9在淋巴结转移的食管癌患者血清中的含量显著高于无淋巴结转移的食管癌患者。MMP-9在食管癌患者(无论有无淋巴结转移)血清中的含量均显著高于正常对照组(P<0.05)。结论MMP-9在食管癌的转移过程中发挥着重要作用。
Objective To investigate the relationship between matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) and metastasis of esophageal cancer. Methods Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to detect the content of MMP-9. Results The serum level of MMP-9 in esophageal cancer patients with lymph node metastasis was (812.34±92.67)μg/ml, and the serum level in patients with esophageal cancer without lymphatic metastasis was (734.53±75.36) μg/ml. Normal control group This is (418.53±77.31) μg/ml. The serum levels of MMP-9 in esophageal cancer patients with lymph node metastasis were significantly higher than those without esophageal cancer without lymph node metastasis. The serum levels of MMP-9 in patients with esophageal cancer (with or without lymph node metastasis) were significantly higher than those in normal controls (P<0.05). Conclusion MMP-9 plays an important role in the metastasis of esophageal cancer.
