近年来,在国有企业基层政工干部队建设过程中,仍然存在着很多的问题以及矛盾,在实践工作中发现,尤其在国有企业中,基层政工干部队伍的状况如何,不仅会直接影响到思想政治工作的成效,同时关系着政工干部队伍的建设质量,对企业文化建设、凝聚力提升和日常生产经营都会产生重大影响。本文就当前国有企业政工干部队伍所存在的问题进行研究和分析,提出自己一些看法,供于同行的参考。
