开发新型高效浮选药剂是提高分选指标、降低精矿成本的有效途径。CCLS的研制成功,可以加速磷块岩矿石的开发和利用。 一、新型捕收剂的构思 1、国内外研究实践表明,两种或两种以上捕收剂混用会产生协同效应。由于矿物在成矿或破碎过程中表面的不均匀性,对同一捕收剂也有不同的吸附能力;而不同的捕收剂对表面状态相似的矿物也有不同的吸附能力。因此,如果将两种或两种以上相互匹配的捕收剂混用,则有可能获得矿物浮游所需的最佳吸附密度和强度。使在矿物表面的物理吸附和化学吸附兼而有之,获得更佳的浮选捕收性和选择性。
