目的 :观察视网膜脱离后眼血循环的改变。方法 :采用彩色多普勒成象技术对 6 0例视网膜脱离患者的视网膜中央动脉进行测量 ,以对侧正常眼做对照 ,分别测量视网膜中央动脉的收缩期峰值流速 (Vmax)、舒张末期流速 (Vmin)、时间均值流速 (Vtax)及搏动指数 (PI) [PI=(Vmax -Vmin) /Vmean]。结果 :患眼视网膜中央动脉的Vmax、PI较对照眼显著下降 ,并且患者年龄大于 4 0岁或病程超过 6个月者 ,下降明显。结论 :视网膜脱离后视网膜中央动脉的血流速度下降 ,且与年龄及病程呈正相关
Objective: To observe the changes of ocular blood circulation after retinal detachment. Methods: The central retinal artery of 60 patients with retinal detachment were measured by color Doppler imaging. Contralateral normal eyes were used as control. Peak central systolic velocity (Vmax), end diastolic velocity ( Vmin, Vtax, and PI [PI = (Vmax-Vmin) / Vmean]. Results: The Vmax and PI of the central retinal artery decreased significantly compared with the control eyes, and the patients’ age was older than 40 years or the duration of disease was more than 6 months. Conclusion: The blood flow velocity of central retinal artery after retinal detachment is decreased, and it is positively correlated with age and duration
