本文分析了吉林特产软、葛、狗枣猕猴桃果中的化学成分,定性、定量检测出所含的有机酸、糖类、脂肪和蛋白质等,结果表明:三者均富含多种营养、活性成分,值得很好地开发利用。
In this paper, the chemical constituents of kiwifruit in soft, ge, and jujube fruits of Jilin were analyzed.
