随着改革开放,人力资本理论渐渐被国内接受,影响不断增加,研究不断深入。人是社会生产力诸要素中具有决定意义的因素,物质资本的运作要靠人来完成,更靠人力资本带来物质资本更大的价值升值。人力资本是对人的投资和受教育时放弃的机会成本所形成的,它体现于人身体上的知识、能力和健康,是蕴含于人身中的一种素质的存量总和。本文在现有人力资本理论的基础上,尝试表述人力资本与企业经济增长的关系和人力资本的投资问题。
With the reform and opening up, the theory of human capital has gradually been accepted by the domestic, the influence has been increasing, and research has been deepening. People are the decisive factors in the various factors of social productivity. The operation of physical capital depends on human beings, and it depends on human capital to bring about greater appreciation of material capital. Human capital is formed by the investment of people and the opportunity cost that they give up when they are educated. It is embodied in the knowledge, ability and health of the human body, and is the sum of the qualities of the qualities contained in the human body. Based on the existing theory of human capital, this paper tries to express the relationship between human capital and corporate economic growth and human capital investment.
