目的了解哈尔滨市学校应激事件对中学生健康的影响及其程度,为预防中学生健康提供参考。方法采用随机抽样的方法 ,选取哈尔滨市城区和附属乡镇中学一、二年级学生共1324名进行学校应激事件影响情况调查。结果 1324名被调查者发生过学校应激事件的比例较高,学习压力大、对某些课没有兴趣、被教师批评责骂、与朋友或同学发生纠纷、不喜欢个别教师、学习不感兴趣的发生率较大,分别为62.3%,60.0%,58.8%,57.4%,56.6%,50.5%。其中座位安排不满意、学习不感兴趣和对某些课程没有兴趣、不喜欢个别教师、被教师批评责骂、被教师体罚和因违纪而受处分在性别分布上差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。结论中学生存在学校应激事件较为多见,对中学生心理健康影响严重。应引起密切关注,改善青少年的生活环境。
Objective To understand the influence and extent of school stress events on the health of middle school students in Harbin and to provide reference for preventing the health of middle school students. Methods A random sampling method was used to select 1324 students from primary and secondary schools in Harbin City and affiliated townships to investigate the impact of school stressors. Results A total of 1324 respondents had a high proportion of school stressful incidents. They were under a lot of pressure to study. They were not interested in certain courses. They were criticized by teachers for scolding, disputes with friends or classmates, dislikes for individual teachers, and learning of uninteresting occurrences The rates were relatively high, accounting for 62.3%, 60.0%, 58.8%, 57.4%, 56.6% and 50.5% respectively. Among them, unsatisfactory seating arrangements, no interest in learning and no interest in certain courses, disliking individual teachers, being criticized by teachers for being scolded, being punished by teachers and dismissed due to discipline were significantly different in gender distribution (P values <0.05). Conclusions The existence of school stress events is more common in middle school students, which has a serious impact on the mental health of middle school students. Should pay close attention to improve the living environment of young people.
