自１９８５年４月至１９９１年１２月共施行经尿道前列腺电切术（ＴＵＲＰ）５３３例，年龄４７～８７岁，平均６８．８岁。排尿困难者４８１例（占９０．２％），有急性尿潴留者２１３例（４０．０％），肉眼血尿者５２例（占９，８％）。约７０％病人伴有不同程度的心、肺疾患。本组电切时灌注压力７．８～９．８ｋＰａ，时间１０～１２０ｍｉｎ，平均６１．２ｍｉｎ，切除前列腺３～１１７ｇ，平均２８．２ｇ。术中输血１３４例，人均９０．５ｍｌ。本文还对ＴＵＲＰ的手术适应症、并发症作了讨论。
From April 1985 to December 1991 a total of 533 cases of transurethral resection of the prostate (TURP), aged 47 to 87 years, mean 68.8 years. 481 (90.2%) had dysuria, 213 (40.0%) had acute urinary retention, and 52 (9.8%) had gross hematuria. About 70% of patients with varying degrees of heart and lung disease. The group when perfusion perfusion pressure of 7.8 ~ 9.8kPa, time 10 ~ 120min, an average of 61.2min, the removal of the prostate 3 ~ 117g, an average of 28.2g. Intraoperative blood transfusion 134 cases, average 90.5ml. This article also TURP surgical indications, complications were discussed.
