为减少镁基脱硫剂使用成本,增强铁液预脱硫效果,采用Mg粉、工业电石粉按6∶1、8∶1、10∶1的质量比配制复合脱硫剂,使用感应电炉进行铁液预脱硫,用红外碳、硫测定仪分析铁液中硫含量的变化规律,计算脱硫率及脱硫剂的综合利用率。结果表明:铁液的脱硫效果受初始硫含量的影响,脱硫率、脱硫剂综合利用率均随脱硫剂中工业电石比重的降低而增加。当Mg/工业电石配比为10∶1时,脱硫率和综合利用率均达到最大值,分别为55.6%和8.94%。因此,适宜的Mg/工业电石复合脱硫剂配比为10∶1。
