研究了熔体温度处理工艺对Al 2 5%Si合金显微组织的影响 .结果发现 :熔体温度处理可使Al 2 5%Si合金初生硅的尺寸大大减小 ,初生硅尺寸可由处理前的 10 0 μm左右减小到处理后的 15μm左右 ;Al 2 5%Si合金熔体温度处理的效果主要受低温和高温熔体温度的影响 .高温熔体温度越高 ,初生硅的尺寸越小 ;在高温熔体温度为 950℃时 ,初生硅的尺寸先随低温金属熔体温度的升高而减小 ,低温金属熔体温度升高到 6 30℃后 ,初生硅的尺寸又随低温金属熔体温度的升高而增大
The effects of melt temperature treatment on the microstructure of Al 2 5% Si alloy were investigated.The results show that the size of primary Si in Al 2 5% Si alloy can be greatly reduced by melt temperature treatment, 10 0 μm is reduced to about 15 μm.
