血清学试验时,血清稀释常按倍比级数进行,平均滴度用几何平均值表示,使用对数公式log x~-g=(∑flogx~(①②③))/n 计算,其标准差公式为 SDlog=(∑f(logx-xlog)~2/n-1)~(1/(∑f(logx-xlog)~2/n-1))由于这两个公式在计算过程中数字繁多,运算不便,易出差错,有必要进行简化。现介绍一种用2的指数表示的简捷计算法,供参考使用。
