黑龙江省是我国甜菜制糖工业基地之一,每年付产物甜菜废丝数量大。因此,研究甜菜废丝的合理利用有其现实意义。材料和方法本研究进行于1983~1984年。使用国营八五○农场制糖厂的废菜丝,出厂含水量90±1%。配料有豆秸(切碎)、大豆荚皮、阔叶树木屑,以罐头瓶和木箱(60×50×50厘米)进行室内栽培。各处理均按主料总干重1%加入石膏粉和过磷酸钙。菌丝培养室以WMZK-01型控温器保持23±0.5℃,人工喷水和小盘蒸发维持空气湿度70±5%,保持黑暗;催菇室控温15±
Heilongjiang Province is one of the sugar beet sugar industry bases in China. The annual output of beet waste yarns is large. Therefore, the rational use of sugar beet waste has its practical significance. Materials and Methods The study was conducted from 1983 to 1984.
