多样化经营是企业谋求生存和发展的重要经营战略之一。随着市场竞争的加剧,多样化经营已引起越来越多的企业的关注。企业要想立于不败之地,就必须不断调整产品结构,开发多样化经营,增强对市场需求变化的适应能力。在企业经营管理实践中,多样化经营方式多种多样,因地因企业而异。但总的来说,根据企业原有生产经营领域与新发展的生产经营领域之间的关联程度,主要可分三种类型:
