目的:探讨孕前进行优生遗传咨询与检查的积极意义。方法:本文通过对2010年9月～2012年5月在我站进行的社区孕前优生遗传咨询与检查工作进行回顾性分析,探讨其积极意义。结果:孕前优生遗传检查率逐年明显提高(P<0.05)。结论:孕前进行优生遗传咨询与检查是目前发现和诊断胎儿畸形、胎儿染色体病的重要检测手段,越来越受到人们的重视,现已成为降低出生缺陷发生率的重要对策。
Objective: To explore the positive significance of prenatal genetic counseling and examination. Methods: This article retrospectively analyzed the genetic counseling and examination of prenatal eugenics in our hospital from September 2010 to May 2012, and discussed its positive significance. Results: Prenatal genetic checkup rate was significantly increased year by year (P <0.05). Conclusion: Prenatal genetic counseling and examination of eugenics is an important detection method for the detection and diagnosis of fetal malformations and fetal chromosomal diseases. It has drawn more and more attention and has become an important countermeasure to reduce the incidence of birth defects.
