利用MATLAB/SIMULINK建立了车辆曲线通过动力学仿真模型,探讨了内外钢轨摩擦因数在0.05~0.6之间变化时对轮轨横向力、磨耗功、脱轨系数等考察指标的影响。提出了合理的内外轨顶摩擦因数控制方案,可以减小轮轨磨损,提高车辆运行安全性。
By using MATLAB / SIMULINK, a dynamic simulation model of the vehicle curve was established to study the influence of the rail wheel lateral force, wear work and derailment coefficient when the friction coefficient between the inner and outer rails varied from 0.05 to 0.6. A reasonable control scheme for the friction factor of inner and outer rails is proposed, which can reduce the wheel and rail wear and improve the vehicle running safety.
