每当在去往外婆家的路上,总感觉鼻腔里头沁满了灯盏糕的香味。做灯盏糕,是外婆的一个业余爱好,一有客人来访,外婆的煎锅就难以停歇。我从不买菜场卖的灯盏糕,那是一个外地人煎的,多少有一些乌焦。听外公讲,这种乌焦物有致癌成分,所以,我从来不会光顾那里,尽管听说那里的灯盏糕很好吃,名声远扬。而外婆做的灯盏糕,看上去黄澄澄的,没什么黑色斑迹,在那一层鲜亮的脆皮里面,是一根又一根晶莹透彻的白萝卜和烧得很嫩的猪肉,偶尔还会加上这么一两只小蚕虾。小心翼翼地咬上一口,入口听得“咔哧咔哧”响,那油炸后的脆香以及白萝卜特有的香气溢满口腔,虽被烫得呼哧呼哧响,却依然不肯停一口,左手换右手不停地送往嘴里,还含糊不清地连呼:“好吃!”这灯盏糕,真不愧是“外皮松脆,圆边酥软,内馅爽口”啊!
