基于Scrum软件开发模型,增加用户参与1个内生变量和交流、有用性感知、便易性感知、趣味性感知4个外生变量构建Scrum团队客户参与概念模型。采用专家询问和问卷调查的方法对模型进行检验,结果表明:客户参与对信息系统开发成功率有显著影响,其中有效交流、有用性感知、趣味性感知是3个关键因素且为正相关关系。研究结果有利于提高信息系统开发成功率,对基于Scrum团队客户参与模型在其他领域的应用也有一定的实践参考价值。
Based on the Scrum software development model, Scrum’s customer engagement concept model was built by adding 4 exogenous variables including user participation in 1 endogenous variables and communication, usefulness perception, easy perception and interesting perception. The model was tested by means of expert inquiry and questionnaire survey. The results showed that customer participation had a significant impact on the success rate of information system development. Among them, effective communication, usefulness perception and interestingness perception were the three key factors and had a positive correlation. The results of the research are helpful to improve the success rate of information system development and have some practical reference value for the application of Scrum team customer participation model in other fields.
