以间接血凝技术(IHA)调查临沂肉联厂职工弓形体感染率为11. 5±1. 83%,屠宰的生猪感染率为7. 1±3. 4%。首次证明弓形体感染在临沂地区人群中存在。屠宰车间工人的感染率明显高于行政管理人员(P<0. 05) ,并随从事屠宰工作年限的增长而增高(P<0. 01) 。受感染的生猪肉是临沂肉联厂职工感染弓形体的主要传染源。
Indirect coagulation technology (IHA) survey Linyi meat factory workers Toxoplasma infection rate of 11.5 ± 1.83%, slaughtered pig infection rate of 7.1 ± 3.4%. For the first time that toxoplasmosis exists in Linyi population. The infection rate of slaughterhouse workers was significantly higher than that of the administrative staff (P <0.05), and increased with the number of slaughtering years of service (P <0.01). The infected raw pork is the main source of infection of Toxoplasma gondii in Linyi meat factory.
