目的:探讨护士按岗位分层级管理在妇产科的实施效果。方法:对妇产科护理人员根据学历、工作年限、职称及工作核心能力进行分级,对各级别护理人员所需进行的工作内容进行规定并严格实施。结果:实施按岗位分层级管理后,护理人员对岗位满意度得分明显高于实施前,护士工作压力源量表各项得分均明显低于实施前(P<0.05)。结论:对妇产科护理人员按岗位分层级管理有利于人力资源配置,降低护士工作压力,提高岗位满意度,稳定护理队伍。
Objective: To discuss the implementation effect of nurses in obstetrics and gynecology according to the hierarchical management of positions. Methods: Obstetrics and gynecology nursing staff based on academic qualifications, years of work, titles and core competencies for classification, nursing staff at all levels required for the work to be carried out and strictly enforced. Results: After implementing the level-by-level management according to the positions, the nurses ’scores on job satisfaction were significantly higher than those before the implementation. The scores of nurses’ work stressors were significantly lower than those before the implementation (P <0.05). Conclusion: The management of obstetrics and gynecology nursing staff according to their positions is conducive to the allocation of human resources, reducing the work pressure of nurses, improving post satisfaction and stabilizing the nursing team.
