在孩子的成长过程中,力量是增速最快的素质。由于孩子生长发育速度很快,肌肉组织主要表现为长度的增加,他们的肌肉横断面积小、水分多,肌纤维细长且富有弹性,具备易疲劳但恢复较快等特点。针对这些特点,力量训练的内容以锻炼四肢的主要肌肉群,辅以胸、腰、腹部肌肉锻炼为宜。和纯粹的力量训练方法不同,少儿的力量训练宜从最基本的方法入手,芭蕾基础训练就是最普遍目最有效的方法。芭蕾基础训练中涉及力量的内容相当丰富,主要锻炼后背、腰部、腿部和脚踝。
