我国目前存在两个土地市场,一个是房地产市场和一个是农村土地流转市场。房地产市场经过近30年的发展,已经很成熟和繁荣,积累了很多的经验。对于刚刚兴起的农村土地流转市场,发展势头很猛,但是也遇到很多的问题。如何借鉴房地产市场的经验来发展农村土地流转市场,需要我们理顺产权,市场规范和政府职能,才能够使得农村土地流转市场健康,有序。
There are two land markets in our country at present, one is the real estate market and the other is the rural land circulation market. After nearly 30 years of real estate market development, has been very mature and prosperous, has accumulated a lot of experience. For the newly emerging rural land market, the development momentum is very fierce, but also encountered many problems.
