基于自编的问卷,对上海市静安区中小学专任教师进行了调查,以期获得区域推进个别化教学的实践成效及进一步深化的建议。调查共得到1612份有效问卷。结果发现,个别化教学的总体状况较好,教师参与度较高;在实施的学段、年级、教龄、职称及是否班主任上存在着显著性差异;教学时间有限、统一进度制约等是教师开展个别化教学的主要困难,减少评价压力和增加研究时间等是最希望获得的支持。
Based on the self-designed questionnaire, a survey was conducted on full-time teachers in primary and secondary schools in Jing'an District, Shanghai, with a view to obtaining practical results and further deepening suggestions on how to promote individualized teaching in the region. A total of 1612 valid questionnaires were obtained. The results showed that the overall situation of individualized teaching is better, and the participation of teachers is higher. There are significant differences in the academic grades, grade, teaching age, job title and whether the class teacher is implemented. The teaching time is limited and the unification schedule is restricted The main difficulties of individualized teaching, reducing the pressure of evaluation and increasing the study time are the most sought after support.
