文章通过ANSYS对涂有不同厚度保护层的钢柱的热分析,显示出了不同时刻构件截面的温度分布云图及截面上特定位置上的节点随时间的温度变化曲线。并对不同厚度保护层钢管的升温曲线及截面温度分布进行了对比。得出了防火涂料在钢结构抗火中发挥了重要作用这一结论。
The thermal analysis of steel columns coated with protective layers of different thicknesses by ANSYS shows the temperature distribution curves of the cross sections of the members at different time points and the temperature changes of the joints at specific positions in the cross section over time. The temperature rise curves and cross-sectional temperature distributions of steel tubes with different thickness of protective layer were compared. The conclusion is drawn that fire retardant coatings play an important role in the fire resistance of steel structures.
