德育在各科教学中具有重要的地位,在中学英语教学中更是如此。中学阶段是学生道德形成和发展的重要时期,可塑性强。另外,英语学科的特点和地位又为其提出了要求和条件。然而,在现实的中学英语教学中,德育工作做得不尽如人意,它或者被淡化、或者实施方法欠妥,未能达到预期效果。因此,为了在中学英语教学中达到寓德于教的目的,需要从教材、教师、环境和制度等几方面来进行改善,以期培养符合社会需要的具有高尚道德的高素质人才。
Moral education plays an important role in the teaching of all subjects, especially in secondary school English teaching. Secondary school stage is an important period of student moral formation and development, strong plasticity. In addition, the characteristics and status of English subjects put forward requirements and conditions for them. However, in the actual teaching of middle school English, moral education has not achieved satisfactory results. It has been either diluted or improperly implemented, failing to achieve the expected result. Therefore, in order to achieve the goal of moral education in middle school English teaching, it is necessary to improve it from the aspects of teaching materials, teachers, environment and system so as to cultivate highly qualified and highly qualified personnel in line with social needs.
