本文介绍了航天器单点检漏过程中3种常见的单点模型,并依据航天器泄漏设计指标对单点模型的示漏气体浓度进行分析计算。根据现有的四极质谱仪装置GAM500对单点模型进行试验验证,试验说明四极质谱仪可测漏率满足航天器漏率设计指标要求,可以应用在航天器单点检漏工艺中。
In this paper, three common single-point models of spacecraft single-point leak detection are introduced, and the leakage gas concentration of a single-point model is analyzed and calculated according to the spacecraft leakage design index. According to the existing quadrupole mass spectrometer GAM500, the single-point model is validated. The experimental results show that the leak-rate of the quadrupole mass spectrometer can meet the design requirements of spacecraft leakage rate and can be used in the single point leak detection of spacecraft.
