为了探明造成江津龙华W·默科特桔叶片黄化的致病真菌,开展组织分离、致病性和分子生物学鉴定研究。结果表明,共分离鉴定出7株致病菌,其中,4株属于链格孢属Alternaria sp.,1株与喀斯特炭疽菌Colletotrichum karstii有99%的同源性,1株与蚕豆葡萄孢Botrytis fabae有99%的相似性,1株与蚕豆叶壳二孢菌Ascochyta fabae(Peyronellaea pinodella或Phoma pinodella)有100%的同源性。此研究为江津龙华叶片黄化的防控奠定了基础。
In order to ascertain the pathogenic fungi that caused the yellowing of orange leaves of Longhua W · Murcott, Jiangjin, the study on tissue isolation, pathogenicity and molecular biology was carried out. The results showed that seven strains of pathogens were isolated and identified, of which four belonged to Alternaria sp., One of them shared 99% homology with Colletotrichum karstii, and one belonged to Botrytis fabae There is 99% similarity and 1 strain has 100% homology with Ascochyta fabae (Peyronellaea pinodella or Phoma pinodella). This study laid the foundation for the prevention and control of the leaf yellowing of Jiangjin Longhua.
