通过对教师基本状况、工作环境、专业发展状况调查与分析,结合城镇初中与农村初中对比研究,发现目前农村初中体育教师队伍存在着结构性缺陷、教师缺乏职业幸福感、专业发展受困等问题,提高农村初中体育教师队伍素质要落实有关政策倾斜、构建和完善培训体制、激发教师专业发展的自主意识。
Through the investigation and analysis of teachers’ basic conditions, working environment and professional development, combined with the comparative study of urban junior high school and rural junior high school, it is found that there are structural defects in PE teachers in rural middle school, lack of professional happiness of teachers and difficulties of professional development. To improve the quality of PE teachers in junior middle school in rural areas, it is necessary to implement the relevant policy tilt, build and improve the training system, and stimulate teachers’ self-awareness of professional development.
