本文介绍一种鼓风炉熔炼死烧的黄铜矿精矿直接产出精铜而污染最小的工艺方法。此法取决于死烧时将精矿中绝大部分铁转变为高价氧化物,以及炉料在鼓风炉内以最短的停留时间熔炼。后者由一台料柱非常低的鼓风炉操作来达到此目的。此法在技术和经济方面具有如下优点:使硫得到良好的控制,投资低,金属回收率高,能源保护优异和操作的灵活性。
This article describes a blast furnace smelting dead chalcopyrite concentrate directly to the production of refined copper and pollution of the smallest process. This method is based on the conversion of most of the iron in the concentrate to high-value oxides at the time of burning, and the charging of the charge in the blast furnace with the shortest residence time. The latter is achieved by a very low blast furnace operating to achieve this goal. This method has the technical and economic advantages of good sulfur control, low investment, high metal recovery, excellent energy conservation and operational flexibility.
