血小板源性生长因子 (ｐｌａｔｅｌｅｔ ｄｅｒｉｖｅｄｆａｃｔｏｒ β ,ＰＤＧＦ β)是近年来认识的参与肾小球局部炎症反应的重要介质之一 ,其在肾小球肾炎发病中的作用已受到广泛关注。系膜增生性肾小球肾炎是我国最常见的肾小球疾病 ,约占原发性肾小球疾病的 5 0 % [1] 。
Platelet derived growth factor (PDGF β) is one of the most important mediators involved in glomerular local inflammation in recent years. Its role in the pathogenesis of glomerulonephritis has received extensive attention. Mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis is the most common glomerular disease in China, accounting for 50% of primary glomerular disease [1].
