对四川酉阳县野生青蒿进行调查分析结果表明,青蒿对土壤pH反应不敏感,pH5.8~7.6的土壤上均可生长。蒿青产量(y)与土壤水解氮(x)之间呈y=2.39+0.98x显著正相关;而青蒿素含量(y)与土壤有效磷(x_1)呈负相关,与土壤速效钾含量(x_2)呈正相关,它们之间的关系为y=0.26-0.00141x_1+0.00348x_2。青蒿宜在石灰岩发育的黄壤上生长,为提高青蒿素的含量,要注意钾肥的施用。从海拔高度而言,青蒿宜在海拔300~500m高度范围内生长,其特点是产量高,青蒿素含量亦高。本研究为发展人工栽培青蒿提供了依据。
The investigation and analysis of the wild Artemisia annua collected in Youyang County, Sichuan Province showed that Artemisia annua L. was insensitive to the pH of the soil, and grew on the soil of pH5.8 ~ 7.6. Artemisia annua L. yield was positively correlated with y = 2.39 + 0.98x between soil hydrolyzable nitrogen (x) and artemisinin (y) was negatively correlated with soil available phosphorus (x_1) (x_2), the relationship between them is y = 0.26-0.00141x_1 + 0.00348x_2. Artemisia should grow on the limestone limestone growth, in order to improve the content of artemisinin, pay attention to the application of potassium fertilizer. From the altitude, the artesunate should be grown in the altitude of 300 ~ 500m height range, which is characterized by high yield, artemisinin content is also high. This study provided the basis for the development of artificially cultivated Artemisia annua.
