油砂为非常规油气资源,其开发利用战略意义重大。采用外热式管式炉干馏试验装置进行实验。通过干馏实验获取油砂中的油气,经冷凝回收气、液产品,配合铝甑及工业分析进行对比分析。获取油砂干馏的升温曲线、升温速率,油砂油收率及硫的分布及形态。为验证干馏工艺的适用性,完善适合的干馏加工路线及各种干馏参数提供实验室支持,对后继的工业化生产摸索经验和数据资料储备。实验结论表明干馏工艺适合油砂制油,油砂油凝点较低,瓦斯热值高,550℃即达到干馏终点。同时对硫化氢的治理提出要求。
