患者男、75岁,胸痛3天加重半天入院。患者因病窦综合征安装了DDD起搏器4年,起搏器感知与起搏功能正常。入院后即刻查心电图如图1所示:QRS波可分3种形态:第1种QRS波时限<0.12s,其前0.16s处可见P波或心房起搏脉冲;其中部分QRS波前或中可见心室起搏脉冲,考虑为假性融合 Male patient, 75 years old, chest pain increased for half a day admitted to hospital.
