超临界机组蒸汽参数的提高,加剧了锅炉过热器和再热器等部件的金属氧化。以电站锅炉过热器、再热器为研究对象,分析了氧化皮的形成机理及影响因素。结果表明,水蒸汽氧化性的强弱取决于P(H2)/P(H2O)的比值,氧化皮由双层结构组成,氧化皮的形成受运行温度、运行时间、化学成分、组织结构等多种因素的影响。
