利用振子式摩擦仪测定了加入磷脂前后人工润滑体系(透明质酸)摩擦系数和Stribeck曲线的变化.实验表明,La-DPPC磷脂加入后,体系的摩擦系数显著降低,且由Stribeck曲线可以判断出体系的润滑机制由混合润滑转变为液膜润滑和混合润滑的多模式润滑,推测La-DPPC磷脂的加入可能改变体系的界面性质.采用表面张力仪测试了加入La-DPPC磷脂前后透明质酸润滑体系的表面张力变化,并对La-DPPC磷脂进行了红外分析.结果表明La-DPPC磷脂具有两亲性质,在润滑剂中起到了一种表面活性剂的作用,使体系的表面张力大大降低,这有利于改善体系的成膜性能,提高其润滑效果.
