运用物理及化学的方法对新型表调药剂与传统表调药剂进行了对比,结果显示新型表调药剂具有磷化后结晶更加致密、使用周期长、污水排放量少、更加环保等优点。通过现场的切换使用,表明新型表调药剂能代替传统表调药剂。同时在实验室对新型表调药剂的工艺参数管控上下限进行了验证,保证表调工艺具有良好的效果。
The physical and chemical methods were used to compare the new table agent with the traditional table agent. The results show that the new table agent has the advantages of more dense crystal after phosphating, longer period of use, less sewage discharge and more environmental protection. Through the on-site switch to use, indicating that the new form of the agent can replace the traditional table transfer agent. At the same time in the laboratory on the table to adjust the process parameters of pharmaceutical control of the upper and lower limits were verified to ensure the table tune has good results.
