目的 明确糖尿病时肠道Cajal间质细胞超微结构的变化。方法 对 12周四氧嘧啶糖尿病大鼠模型的小肠、结肠组织进行透射电镜观察。结果 实验观察发现糖尿病时Cajal间质细胞与其他细胞间的缝隙连接显著减少、结构破坏、连接松散 ;线粒体肿胀、空泡样变、溶解 ;胞质广泛溶解 ,细胞器减少。结论 糖尿病时肠道Cajal间质细胞的超微结构发生了显著的变化 ,这些结构的改变与其功能的改变密切相关 ,Cajal间质细胞超微结构的变化很可能是糖尿病胃肠功能紊乱的病因之一。
Objective To clarify the ultrastructure of intestinal Cajal interstitial cells in diabetic patients. Methods The small intestine and colon tissues of alloxan-induced diabetic rats were observed by transmission electron microscopy. Results The experimental observation showed that the gap junction between Cajal interstitial cells and other cells was significantly reduced, the structure was destroyed and the connection was loose; the mitochondria were swollen, vacuolated and dissolved; the cytoplasm was widely dissolved and the organelles were reduced. Conclusion The ultrastructure of interstitial cells of Cajal in intestine of diabetic rats changed significantly. The changes of these structures were closely related to the changes of their functions. The changes of the ultrastructure of interstitial cells in Cajal may be the etiology of gastrointestinal disorders one.
