目的:观察体外反搏(ECP)对急性脑梗死患者局部脑血流(rCBF)灌注的影响,探讨ECP治疗急性脑梗死的机制。方法:将67例急性脑梗死患者随机分为两组,其中一组采用常规治疗,另一组在常规治疗基础上加用ECP治疗,采用脑SPECT三维半定量分析法观察两组患者治疗前后rCBF的变化。结果:全部脑梗死患者均显示放射性减低区,两组患者治疗后病灶rCBF均有不同程度增加,ECP组病灶rCBF的增加高于对照组(P<0.05),体外反搏后皮层梗死的ICBF增加高于皮层下梗死。结论:ECP能够改善急性脑梗死患者缺血脑组织的缺血状态。
Objective: To observe the effect of ECP on regional cerebral blood flow (rCBF) perfusion in acute cerebral infarction and to explore the mechanism of ECP in treating acute cerebral infarction. Methods: Sixty-seven patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups. One group received conventional therapy and the other group received ECP treatment on the basis of routine treatment. The brain SPECT three-dimensional semi-quantitative analysis was used to observe the changes of rCBF The change. Results: All patients with cerebral infarction showed radioactive reduction. Both rCBF and rCBF increased in both groups after treatment. The increase of rCBF in ECP group was higher than that in control group (P <0.05) Higher than the subcortical infarction. Conclusion: ECP can improve ischemic brain tissue in patients with acute cerebral infarction.
