当前我国铁路非运输企业普遍的表现出投资主体单一、分散等情况,很少有在市场上具有一定竞争力的企业出现,在财务方面存在资金短缺、收入不均等问题,为了将铁路非运输企业做大做强,铁路企业有必要紧跟市场经济发展的步伐,开展财务改革,实行企业财务管理集中化。本文主要就当前铁路非运输企业财务管理现状出发,探讨其财务集中管理模式的选择,分析了如何有效避免财务集中管理可能带来的风险。
At present, China’s railway non-transportation enterprises generally show single and scattered investment entities. Few enterprises that have certain competitiveness in the market appear.
