1995年5月连云港百货站创办了大型货仓式批发超市。经过一年多运行,取得了购销利全面增长、费用水平大幅度下降的好成绩,增强了企业的竞争实力和发展后劲。 1993年6月,连云港市商业局决定再次进行站司分家,将仅有的一幢批发营业楼割掉三分之一给市公司,而1200多万元有问题商品、798万元有问题资金和富余人员、机关退离休人员等历史遗留下的沉重包袱全部留在批发站。分家后人心浮动,加上经营场地缩小,经营方式落后,当年销售仅有6886万元,企业生存发展困难。在这种情况下,站党委、经理室形成了“不投入难扩张,不改革难发展”的共识,决定迎难而上,扩建新的经营阵
In May 1995, Lianyungang Department Store established a large warehouse-type wholesale supermarket. After more than one year of operation, it has achieved good results in the overall growth of purchase and sales profits and a significant reduction in cost levels, which has enhanced the competitiveness of enterprises and their potential for development. In June 1993, the Lianyungang City Bureau of Commerce decided to re-distill the division of the station and cut off only one third of the wholesale business building to the municipal company, while more than 12 million yuan of defective goods and 7.98 million yuan had problems. The heavy burdens left over from history, such as funds and surplus personnel, and retired employees, all remain at the wholesale stations. After the separation, people’s minds were floating, together with the shrinking operation space and the backward management mode. When the sales were only 68.86 million yuan, it was difficult for the company to survive and develop. In this case, the station party committee and manager’s office formed a consensus of “not to invest in hard to expand, not to reform and difficult to develop” and decided to meet difficulties and expand new business lines.
