After the separation, people’s minds were floating, together with the shrinking operation space and the backward management mode. When the sales were only 68.86 million yuan, it was difficult for the company to survive and develop. In this case, the station party committee and manager’s office formed a consensus of “not to invest in hard to expand, not to reform and difficult to develop” and decided to meet difficulties and expand new business lines.
