High performance capillary electrophoresis was used to analyze the seed proteins of Brassica. There are significant interspecies differences in high performance capillary electrophoresis spectra of the seed proteins of Brassica. High-performance capillary electrophoresis can be used as a method for identification of traditional Chinese medicine wolfberry fruit.
