为执行国家技术监督局关于将“齿轮精度标准”作为强制性实施的决定,机械电子部机械科学研究院于1991年7月9日～10日在北京召开了研讨会,就齿轮标准组织实施工作交换了意见。来自重点与骨干企业、研究院所和高等院校等单位六十余人参加了会议。机械电子部科技司、机床工具司以及国家技术监督局标准化公司的领导同志也参加了会议并讲了话。
