某高速公路特大桥施工阶段由于预应力束张拉导致箱梁底板发生层状撕裂,须将底板凿除后重新浇筑。考虑到,在修复施工过程后,张拉底板钢束产生的压应力将从底板向全截面传递,需要研究新浇箱梁底板与已有腹板结合面间的剪切性能。设计了足尺模型,并进行加载试验,验证了新老混凝土结合面的抗剪能力满足设计要求。
During the construction stage of a highway bridge, stratified tearing of the box girder bottom due to the prestressing of the prestressing beam shall be carried out and the floor shall be chiselled and re-poured. Considering that after the construction process is repaired, the compressive stress generated by the tensioning steel beam will be transmitted from the bottom plate to the full cross-section. It is necessary to study the shearing performance between the bottom of the new pouring box girder and the existing joint surface of the web. A full-scale model was designed and loaded. The shear resistance of the new-old concrete surface was verified to meet the design requirements.
