为了提高摇臂机构安全性,有必要对其进行优化设计改进机构。利用有限元分析软件ANSYS,建立摇臂机构静力学分析模型,危险工况载荷由ADAMS仿真得到。基于应力分析结果,利用ADAMS/Insight对其进行参数优化并加以验证。结果表明:优化后的摇臂机构满足设计要求,提高了结构工作安全性。
In order to improve the safety of the rocker arm mechanism, it is necessary to optimize and design the mechanism. By using the finite element analysis software ANSYS, the static analysis model of the rocker arm mechanism is established, and the dangerous working load is obtained by ADAMS simulation. Based on the results of the stress analysis, the parameters were optimized and validated using ADAMS / Insight. The results show that the optimized rocker arm mechanism meets the design requirements and improves the structural work safety.
