微山县人武部认真贯彻征兵工作政策,严把征兵质量关,十四年来陆续向部队输送优质兵员5600余名,无一责任退兵,走出了一条依法征兵的成功之路。其做法是:严“选苗”、善“育苗”,把好兵员选送关;严体检、严政审,确保新兵质量;抓廉洁、立规定,认真维护征兵工作的严肃性。 The Weishan County People’s Armed Police Department conscientiously implemented the policy of conscription work and strictly controlled the quality of conscription troops. Over the past 14 years, it has successively sent over 5,600 quality troops to the troops without any responsibility to return troops and stepped out of the road to conscription in accordance with the law.
