为了达到新“课程标准”要求的分级目标,本人在多年的教学过程中总结出了一套将目标分解在每一节课,逐步达到最终目标的教学方法。通过实施预习测评、情境设置、确定目标、导学达标、达标测评、及时评价、纠偏补差,使教学目标的落实更具有操作性,对教学的评价更具有客观性。这种教学方法不仅能使学生保持长久的浓厚兴趣,而且也使教学成绩得到了全面提升。
In order to achieve the new “curriculum standards” required grading goals, I in the years of teaching process summed up a set of goals to break down in each class, and gradually reach the ultimate goal of teaching methods.
