一、弧形侧轨几何尺寸 我厂在所承接的二滩水电站弧形闸门制造项目中,遇到弧形侧轨的难加工问题。图1为弧形侧轨的剖面示意图。 弧形侧轨几何尺寸为:圆弧槽曲率半径R=10055,槽宽B=380,槽深h=81,圆弧槽弦长L=5490,弦高H=382,设计公差要求ΔR=±1,圆弧槽面表面粗糙度值为R_a12.5,槽形断面为阶梯结构,按照常规的方法是难以保证加工质量,满足工期要求。 为了提高圆弧槽的加工效率和保证圆弧槽的加工质量和精度,解决大曲率半径倒弧槽的加工难题,我们利用本厂的一台型号为B1016A单臂龙门刨床,针对图1所示的工件,设计了一套摇杆滑块连杆装置,解决了弧形侧轨大曲率半径圆弧槽的加工,提高了加工效率,达到了产品的精度要求,保证了产品质量。

In order to improve the arc groove machining efficiency and ensure the arc groove machining quality and accuracy, to solve the large curvature radius of the arc groove machining problems, we use one of our factory model B1016A one-arm planer, shown in Figure 1 A set of rocker slider connecting rod device is designed to solve the processing of arc groove with large curvature radius of the arc side rail and improve the processing efficiency so as to achieve the precision requirement of the product and ensure the product quality.
