针对我国高温气冷堆乏燃料研究设施的空白,研究设计了专门用于高温气冷堆球形燃料元件辐照后性能研究的乏燃料分析实验室和专用工艺设备。基于球形燃料元件与包覆燃料颗粒的特殊结构,所设计的乏燃料分析实验室包括5间热室、6个手套箱和辅助设施,研究设计了专用的工艺实验设备,能够对辐照后的高温气冷堆燃料元件和包覆燃料颗粒进行宏观检查、燃耗测量、元件解体、模拟事故条件加热、辐照微球γ测量分析破损率,通过金相显微镜和扫描电镜进行微观结构分析,开展燃料元件的辐照失效机理研究。
In view of the blank of research facilities of spent fuel for HTGR in our country, a spent fuel analysis laboratory and special process equipment specially designed for the performance research of irradiated high temperature gas-cooled reactor spherical fuel elements were studied. Based on the special structure of the spherical fuel element and the coated fuel particles, the designed spent fuel analysis laboratory includes 5 hot chambers, 6 glove boxes and auxiliary facilities. The special process experiment equipment has been designed and studied, HTR fuel elements and coated fuel particles were examined macroscopically, burnup measurement, element disassembly, simulated accident heating, microstructure analysis by microscopy and scanning electron microscopy Study on the Failure Mechanism of Fuel Element Irradiation.
