随着油气地质的勘探速度不断加快,现在钻井技术对钻井液提出了更高的要求。鄂尔多斯盆地延长组岩性比较复杂,并且在钻井过程中还经常出现严重的井壁失稳等情况。一般情况下,主要表现为部分井段、掉块等井下复杂情况,这样就非常不利于钻井的速度。因此,为了解决这一难题,对钻井液的设计系统进行了研究。该系统在油田钻井现场的应用进行了进一步的推广,本文主要对钻井液的设计系统进行了研究。
With the continuous exploration of oil and gas geology speed, drilling technology now put forward higher requirements for drilling fluid. The Yanchang Formation in the Ordos Basin is quite complicated in lithology, and severe wellbore instability and so on often occur during drilling. Under normal circumstances, the main performance of some well sections, down block and other complex underground conditions, so that is not conducive to the drilling speed. Therefore, in order to solve this problem, the design system of drilling fluid has been studied. This system has been further popularized in the field of oilfield drilling. In this paper, the design system of drilling fluid is mainly studied.
