本文借助先进的EESOP微波软件设计研制了10dB超宽带定向耦合器。采用覆盖介质偏置宽边耦合结构,其频率范围覆盖110MHZ～2GHZ近20个倍频程,最小方向性达28dB。
In this paper, with advanced EESOP microwave software designed and developed a 10dB ultra-wideband directional coupler. Covering dielectric wide-band coupling bias structure, the frequency range covers nearly 20 octaves 110MHZ ~ 2GHZ octave, the minimum direction of up to 28dB.
